Emmy award winner Aaron Paul headlines Hellion

Aaron Paul, who has recently come off the $187 million grossing blockbuster Need for Speed in addition to an Emmy Award as Best Supporting Actor in Breaking Bad, headlines Hellion. Eagle Entertainment will bring it instore this December.

A working class drama set against the rustbelt of Galveston, Hellion looks at a family whose matriarch has died and left the father Hollis (Paul) and his two boys 10 year old Wes and 13 year old Jacob, left to pick up the pieces. The house that Hollis works on is in foreclosure and the boys run wild. Jacob, who is too young for the responsibility of looking out for his younger brother runs with a crew, rides dirt bikes and listens to Slayer and Metallica. He has already done a stint in Juvenile Detention.

As their father battles alcoholism the boys, given their unmonitored lifestyle, soon find trouble. When Wes is taken away to live with their Aunt (Juliette Lewis) the reality of the dire situation hits home hard. Produced by Jeff Nicholls (Mud, Take Shelter) and featuring a heavy metal soundtrack, Hellion has already been called a "tough, uncompromising film" by the Washington Post and "[p]rofound and powerful" by US Today. Film Threat declares, "Aaron Paul is spectacular."

Hellion will be available on Blu-ray and DVD this December.
